The Student Entrepreneurial Center and Community Collaboratory will serve Indian River County students with entrepreneurial spaces, a student art gallery and student-run coffee shop. The program also includes an open space innovation lab, professional development hub, office space for community partners, and a rooftop student environmental research center. The building also connects to a state of the art inclusive playground, the only one of its kind in Indian River County.

The ground floor offers a gateway to the athletic fields beyond that doubles as audience area for an outdoor amphitheater large enough to accommodate a symphony orchestra and an integrated projection screen with live feed potential to project school sporting events and cultural presentations.
